Terms of Use
We define the terms of use for the Viv application here. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Viv app.
1. Definitions
1.1 Drawings, Photos and Sounds
In the Viv app you can create scenes by mixing your real environment with drawings, photos, and sounds. Do not use any drawing, photo, or sound that has any legal impediment.
1.2 Scenes
You can photograph or film the scenes you create. Photos and videos of the scenes will be stored in your photo library. We do not store any information you use on Viv on our servers. Any sharing of photos or videos of created scenes is your sole responsibility.
1.3 Permanence of information
Photos and sounds that you use in the Viv app are stored in the Viv until you delete this information or delete the Viv app.
2. Using the Viv App
2.1 Other user
If you allow another user to use the Viv application, it is your responsibility to ensure that they follow the terms of use defined here.
2.2 Type of use
You should use this application for personal use only.
2.3 Legal information
When using the Viv application, do not generate or use any information considered illegal. We are not responsible for anything you create or use.
2.4 Application cancellation.
We may, without prior notice, cancel the Viv app.
