If you send us any information when making a request, complaint, or suggestion, the data we have access will only be used to respond and will not be stored or disclosed.

We do not request any information from the Viv user. Any drawing, photo, or sound you use on Viv will only be on your device. If you photograph or film a scene on Viv, the photo or video will be stored in your device’s photo library. Any scenes you create with your drawings, photos and sounds are your responsibility and we have no access to them. We are not responsible for the information you share.

Photos and sounds you choose in the Viv app remain until they are deleted, or the Viv app is deleted.

We don’t store any information about you, and we have no contact with anything you create with Viv.

The drawings, photos and sounds you use, or share is your sole responsibility. We recommend not using drawings, photos or sounds that contain illegal content.

For some Viv features, you will be asked for permission to access your mobile device. Taking photos, filming, accessing the cloud and saving information are some examples of what can be asked for. We will always seek to communicate with you in your own language, when this is not possible, we will try to use a nearby language or possibly English.

If there are any changes to these privacy policies, we will inform you via Viv. At the end of this document, we will always have the date of the last update.
