Basically we have two types of users at Vivteni, which will only view content and which will create and view content. For those who will only view content, we do not request any information. For those who will create content we request a registration with name, email and password. And to create content the user will inform photos, videos and objects in three dimensions. All data will be stored in the cloud, on servers rented by us.

The user who creates content can create private information, which will be accessed only by him, or public information that can be accessed by any user of Vivteni, as long as they have access to the photos listed in the information. If you choose to make any information public, you should be aware that any information shared can be viewed and used by other users. You should use the application with caution when disclosing personal information. We are not responsible for the information you share.

If you are a user who creates content you will need to subscribe to store your data. The data will remain saved until the end of the subscription or until the moment you delete the saved information.

We will do everything possible to protect your information from loss, theft, misuse or access, disclosure and unauthorized alteration or destruction. We rent servers with 99.9% availability and make backup copies of the stored information. However, despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee 100% availability of your data.

We may share your information with another company in the event of a sale, merger or any type of transfer of our business or application. If our activities are closed you will be notified and will have a deadline to transfer your information.

You will receive an email when you register with Vivteni, to confirm your registration. If you inform that you forgot your password, you will also receive an email to create a new one. Eventually you may receive e-mail for reasons related to Vivteni, changes, new features, policy changes and other information. Some users can create public information and send you free gifts, if you accept you can receive emails from these users.

If you are a user who creates content we will store photos, videos and objects in three dimensions for you. It is your responsibility not to use any photos, videos or objects that contain illegal content. We will not be able to view your saved information, but we may eventually use services to check content that may violate our policies. If we become aware of illegal content, the user who created the content will be notified and their information removed. If you know of any content information that may violate our policies, please let us know by email contents@www.vivteni.com.

When required by law, by court order, we may provide your data to legal bodies.

For some Vivteni features, you will be asked for permission to access your mobile device. Taking pictures, filming, accessing the cloud and saving information are some examples of what may be asked of you. We will also access your defined region on the mobile device to improve communication with you. We will always look for communication with you in your own language, when it is not possible we will try to use a nearby language or eventually the English language.

If there are any changes to these privacy policies, we will inform you via Vivteni or by email. At the end of this document we will always have the date of the last update.
