1. Some definitions
Vivteni works with augmented reality, and for simplicity we call it Viv. So creating a Viv means creating an augmented reality. The collection concept is used to group a set of up to 10 Vivs that can be viewed at the same time.
A collection is private when only those who created it can view it.
A collection is public when any user can view it.
2. Types of Users.
2.1. Users who only view collections of Vivs.
This type of user uses Vivteni completely for free. No information is requested except in two situations:
2.1.1. Age-restrict collections.
When viewing an age-restricted collection, the user will have to answer whether it meets the defined age requirement.
2.1.2. Collections with gift.
When viewing a collection that can give a gift, the user will have to identify himself, and may have his full name and e-mail shared with the creator of the collection. You also have the option of rejecting the collection view, or rejecting the gift and viewing without any sharing of information.
2.2. User who creates Vivs collections.
Any user registered with Vivteni can create up to three Vivs completely for free. To create more than three Vivs, you need to subscribe to Vivteni. Subscriptions can be annual or monthly and can have 60, 120, 180 or 240 Vivs. Subscriptions with greater periodicity and larger Vivs are smaller in individual value. It is allowed to change subscriptions to a larger category with immediate effect and pro-rata discount in relation to the elapsed time. Changing subscriptions to a smaller category occurs when the current subscription ends. It is also possible to cancel a subscription through the app store.

A Viv is created with a photo, associated with one or two videos, one or two, 3d objects or a PDF file. The choice of these items that make up Viv is the user’s responsibility. Read our privacy policy for more information on this.

Vivs are stored on servers rented by us and are maintained as long as a corresponding subscription exists. If the subscription is not renewed, or is canceled, the Vivs are kept for 30 days after the expiration or cancellation date of the subscription.
